  8. I read your blog because I was born curious. In this case about you, your family and friends and about Israel. This way I feel I am getting to know you all better and enjoy it all too. The recipes..well they speak for themselves…. I love new recipes and especially those from a creative cook who relates food to life as you do. Each reminds me of something and that too is exciting!!

  10. It is impossible to choose just one of the above options. Of course I read it for the recipes! I’m a recipe addict! What keeps me coming back more than that, though, is the stories you share with us. I sometimes feel like we’re two friends having tea together, although unlikely to happen…too many miles.First at Recipezaar, and now here, it’s a pleasure to have gotten to know you, dear friend.

So, of course, it’s all about you!

It’s always interesting to see how the recipe will fit with the story. It’s a fun read plus I get a recipe- WIN WIN!

  16. Where else could I read stories with photos of real people, while I enjoy eating the result of your recipes, with real photos? You willingly share your thoughts, your humour, your life, your family, your food….
    Thank you for sharing.

Your stories are awesome. They remind me of the world we shared in high school together as well as the present day in which we live, you in Eretz Yisroel and me in [the last place I ever thought I’d end up] Southern California. I love your recipes, snippets of being a mom, a daughter, a friend and a wife. All in all, although I don’t have a lot of time and haven’t logged into Facebook in ages, I will always make time for your blog and can’t thank you enough for it.
